Day 1
SHRM Tech Conference 2018 opened with an enlightening inauguration by Achal Khanna, CEO SHRM. This was followed by an illuminating talk by some of the greatest personalities from big shots like Reliance Jio and Reliance Industries.
 
By its inherent nature, the technology sector is right now very progressive and innovative. Women make up for 40% of the World’s workforce, however, this sector is somehow still under-represented. In tune with the national agenda of Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao, Mr. Mohinish Sinha, partner Deloitte India, delivered an inspiring talk.
 
Ending with some genuine networking, this day proved to be indeed productive!
Day 2
Xane witnessed the latest HR innovations at the 4th SHRM HR Tech Conference, where HR professionals and tech trend-experts gathered to create a thriving tech-led HR to keep organizations future ready. This day started with the most trending topic of Artificial Intelligence by Mr.Schwatrz, the partner in Deloitte, US.

Team Xane also experienced an alluring performance by Miss Sunita, a rare performer, Indira Gandhi Priyadarshini Award winner and facilitator who blends skill and a nuanced understanding of music with spunk on stage. Day 2 ended with yet another valuable words from Mr. Ramesh Gopalkrishna and Mr. Kiran Prasad Ivaturi on tools we should invest in today to prepare for the challenges of tomorrow. The new reality requires new ways of working. We also learned how organizations are changing the way they communicate and engage with their employees using modern tools.
